The laser cutting machine operates on the principle of “flying optics”, where the laser bean moves over the working area. This allows for high cutting speeds to be achieved independently of the material weight. Cutting takes place on the cutting plate inside the safety cage. There is a loading platform in front of the cage for inserting metal cutting plates.
The laser technology of cutting sheet metal has improved the treatment of layered plates and other metal materials.
How does the laser cutting machine work?
A laser tool has several functions. Its biggest advantage is the ability to cut materials of different thicknesses. The geometrical form of cut-out parts can be simple or very complex.
All that is needed for laser cutting is a plan in DXF format at a scale of 1: 1 (or a plain plan or sketch). Based on the plan, we create an offer for your product.
